4. Can I send OTP via SMS too?
Yes. We support multi-channel delivery. If WhatsApp fails or is not available, fallback to SMS is optional and configurable.
5. Is there a message limit per day?
By default, WhatsApp allows 250 conversations per day for new numbers. This increases with trust score. SMS has no fixed cap but depends on your gateway balance.
6. How do I integrate the API?
You can use our RESTful API with any backend: .NET, Node.js, PHP, etc. We provide clear documentation and SDK examples upon registration.
7. How secure is OTP Engine?
We use HTTPS, access tokens, and optional IP whitelisting. All messages are logged temporarily for delivery trace only. No personal data is stored.
